If your child likes horses and wants to know more, please consider joining us for an exciting riding experience. Both first time riding enthusiasts and those with previous knowledge are encouraged to attend. Each participant’s instruction is differentiated to meet his/her needs, so that they will feel confident and successful. Safety is our number one priority. Certified educators instruct riders both on and off the horse. Participants will learn about all aspects of horses, including basic horsemanship, grooming, bathing, braiding, first aid, showmanship, and stable maintenance. Students will also gain exposure to other disciplines of riding, such as western, trail riding, and carriage driving. In addition to horses, children will also do crafts, go on nature excursions, and enjoy water play. At the end of each session families are invited to the farm to see all that their child has learned.
