I am going to try to explain these terms in as Easy to Read form as I can.

When you purchase graphics, fonts, digi scrap kits and/or elements from JD Digi Designs you may ask yourself:

What am I allowed to do with these graphics?

Well, I'll tell you:
You May Use them for: digital scrapbooking, your personal website, desktop publishing for yourself or for profit, crafting hobbies such as embroidery patterns, stickers, banners, logos, cross-stitch patterns, printable items such as: bag toppers, labels, business cards, stationary, recipe cards, bookmarks, tea bag envelopes, candy wrappers, kids crafts and ALOT more..the list is forever long... and the possiblilties are as limitless as your ideas!

and you may ask yourself:

What am I prohibited from doing with these graphics?

You may NOT change the graphic in any way, such as re-coloring or editing the original.

Please do NOT try to pass off JD Digi Designs as your OWN artwork, in a collection or other form of graphic such as Websets, advertising, or avatar/siggy types.

If you are going to use the graphics for something you intend to Sell for Profit, please only use the graphics if you are making or incorporating them into something NEW that YOU'VE made. For example: don't try to sell the graphic as is, in a collection you've put together.. You CAN however, use the graphics to MAKE Websets or Auction Templates **A GRAPHIC CREDIT in the item Desciption MUST be present for this form of use.**

Please don't try to Mass Produce graphics by JD Digi Designs.

Do I need to do anything to use these graphics on the Web?

Yes, please place a graphic credit to ©2008 JD Digi Designs on any pages where the graphics/artwork is displayed or in any ITEM DESCRIPTION where JD Digi Designs graphics are used. A link back to www.jddigidesigns.com should be placed whenever possible.
