Under the Rainbow
This watercolor measures approx. 6" x 13", mounted on foamboard. The story here is first, I have this deep love for rainbows, but when painting this particular one, I was feeling it wasn't how I was expecting it to look. It seemed rather blurry, not all bright and happy, but suddenly I noticed a path had formed under the rainbow. Then it came to me! This has more meaning than I knew, for under the rainbow holds the promise of such beauty and the path leads to our destiny. Yes, this has now become a favorite of mine. I hope it does for you, too!
