Our Shopping Cart will give you a choice to either place your Order securely "Online" or to order "Offline" and print your Order and Mail it to us with your Check or Money Order, after you have entered your shipping information on the shopping cart form. Our Shopping Cart is very easy to use, just make your choice wherever an item says 'Please Choose' at the drop down menu, then be sure to click the 'Add' button, in order for the cart to process your item(s) correctly. You can Check your Order any time by clicking on the 'What's In My Basket' button, and you can Check Out from there, or whenever you are through shopping. Return Policy
Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same product. All exchanges or returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order. All returns must first be authorized by Barbara's Country Crafts. If you would like to make a return, please contact us at: Telephone 516-747-3902 or EMAIL US. If the merchandise appears used/worn we cannot accept it for a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are only refunded if we have made an error.
